The WisdomTree Trust – WisdomTree Bloomberg U.S. Dollar Bullish Fund (USDU) is an exchange traded fund managed by Wisdom Tree Asset Management, Inc. and Mellon Investment Corporation. The fund was formed on December 18, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States. USDU invests directly or through derivatives in a U.S. dollar relative basket of global currencies, and seeks to benchmark its performance against the Bloomberg Dollar Total Return Index and Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in money market securities and other liquid securities.
