Quanta Services, Inc. (PWR) provides specialist contracting services including construction, repair, upgrade and maintenance for different sectors worldwide, including electric power, renewable energy, transportation & logistics. PWR was incorporated in 1997, previously known as Fabal Construction, Inc., and changed its name to Quanta Services, Inc. in November 1997 with headquarters in Houston, Texas. The company operates in 3 segments, Underground Utility and Infrastructure Solutions, Electric Power Infrastructure Solutions and Renewable Energy Infrastructure Solutions. 

The Underground Utility and Infrastructure Solutions segment caters to clients operating in the transportation, distribution, storage, processing of natural gas, oil, and support systems. 

The Electric Power Infrastructure Solutions segment is involved in designing, construction, repair and maintenance of power transmission and distribution. It also caters to the aviation sector providing wireline and wireless communications, as well as providing emergency restoration services and other engineering & technical services. 

The Renewable Energy Infrastructure Solutions segment provides services to clients developing wind, solar and hydropower energy, including battery storage, provision of engineering & construction services.
